Looking Forward December 2019

Hello, everyone!  Happy December! November was a very interesting month. My mom ended up in the hospital. As soon as she got out I ended up in the hospital. I’ve also been in a reading slump. Here’s hoping December turns out to be nicer than November. There are a lot of things I’m looking forward to this month!

What are you looking forward to this month?

Harry Potter Christmas Tag

Hello, everyone! I saw this tag on  CharleighWrites and decided to join in on the fun!

It’s your first Christmas at Hogwarts. What’s one book you asked for this year?

Shadow of The Fox (Shadow of the Fox, #1)

I’ve been wanting to read this since it came out!

You spot Hagrid hauling the Christmas tree through the grounds. What is the longest (or heaviest!) book you own?

A Treasury of Irish Literature (Barnes & Noble Omnibus Leatherbound Classics)

It’s time for the famous Great Hall feast. What’s one book you can’t read without snacks?

To All the Boys I've Loved Before (To All the Boys I've Loved Before, #1)

Well done, you’ve brewed your first Polyjuice potion. What’s one book you’d change the cover of?

If I Stay (If I Stay, #1)

I loved the book but the cover is kind of meh.

You receive a brand new Firebolt for Christmas. What’s one book you read super quickly?

The Second Life of Ava Rivers

You join Harry for his first proper Christmas. What’s one book you’d love to receive this year?

Beneath the Sugar Sky (Wayward Children, #3)

You get hit by one of Fred and George’s flying snowballs. What’s a book you wanted to throw across the room?

Hunted (House of Night, #5)

I started out really liking this series but the longer the series got the less I liked them.

You’ve just visited Hogsmeade for the first time. What’s one popular book you haven’t read yet?

Shadow and Bone (Grisha Verse, #1)

Congratulations, you’ve been invited to the Yule Ball. What book about Christmas do you love?

The Afterlife of Holly Chase

This is a new favorite!

You find Ron’s deluminator. What’s one book that’s helped you through some dark times?

Night World, No. 1 (Night World, #1-3)

I tag anyone that wants to do this tag!
